Delete apps on Android phone

Step 1 - Opening the Settings

It is quite obvious that using the Settings app on your smartphone, you are able to delete pretty much every application that you have downloaded legally from the Google Play store. Step 2 - Access the application manager

What you have to do now is to simply choose the tab, named “Applications” or “Apps”.  Needless to say, this will give you access to all of the programs that are currently installed on your phone. You are able to gain valuable information about their size, location and many more.

NB! On some phones, you will have to first choose the tab “More” and then continue with the process.


Step 3 - Navigate to the tab “Downloads”

“Downloads”,most of the times, is in the leftmost corner of the screen so you will easily see it. Click on it and you will find that all of your applications that were downloaded from the Play Store are listed here.

Step 4 - Find the one that you want to uninstall

What you have to do now is scroll down, until you locate the application that you intend to delete. Afterwards, simply tap on it. This will open all the needed information, as well as an uninstall button.

Step 5 - Actually uninstalling

Yep, we have come to the last and probably, easiest step, where all you have to do is tap on the uninstall button and the process will begin. Normally your phone will ask you for approval that this is actually your intention.
