Aloe vera is known to have a positive effect on your skin, especially in treating scars and wounds. Also, Aloe Vera is gentle and mild, so it is suited for all types of skin. Though you can find aloe vera-based creams and moisturizers in stores, it is better to use fresh ones. Aloe vera is easy to grow and does not need much maintenance, and this means, you can grow it in a potted plant inside your house. If you want to go in for this choice, pluck an aloe vera leaf and open it to find a gel inside it. The oil that you apply on your skin will not be obvious too as the skin will absorb coconut oil quickly.
Choice #3: Protect Your Skin
If you have acne scars, then it becomes all the more essential to protect your skin from the harsh UV rays of the sun. Make sure to wear a sunscreen lotion with a SPF of 30 or higher every time you head out n the sun. Also, wear a brimmed hat to give your face some shade.
Never use harsh products loaded with chemicals on your skin as this is likely to further damage the underlying skin cells. Opt for natural products that are mild and natural. Also, avoid sponges or face brushes as this can cause irritation.
